Swatch Social: Programme a creative social space for Tate Modern Lates

Tate Modern Lates x Swatch is proud to present a unique opportunity for emerging creatives to develop and deliver Swatch Social. This public space at Tate Modern Lates will foster collaboration, creative exchange, and social connection. We are looking for two forward-thinking creatives to develop a dedicated social space. This could be anything from an installation to a creative workshop, a listening experience, or any idea you think will best activate the space.
Eligibility: This is an open call and we welcome ideas from creatives of all disciplines. If you have a vision to activate this space, we want to hear from you. Please note you must be over 18 and able to work in the UK to apply.
What you get: Each selected creative will receive a total fee of £2,240 (inclusive of VAT or relevant taxes), a materials budget for each event, alongside production and curatorial support throughout.

Tate Modern, Londonrb&hArts is delighted to offer a commission to an artist to create a series of artworks for the canteen at Royal Brompton Hospital in Chelsea, London. This commission is an exciting opportunity to re-brand and refresh the canteen, a busy space used by staff, patients and their families. We are looking for site-specific, integrated designs throughout the space.
Eligibility: Open to all, preferably London-based artists
What you get: The budget for this whole project is £7000 and must include the artist's fee and all materials and costs.

Tribute to Len Goodman: Artist Commission worth 25K by Dartford Borough Council

Dartford Borough Council is inviting expressions of interest from experienced artists, for the creation of a tribute to Len Goodman, professional ballroom dancer, dance teacher, dance competition adjudicator, Lecturer, and Examiner. This commission represents an opportunity for an artist to create an engaging artwork, which recognizes and celebrates the achievements of Len and his loyalty to Dartford.
This work will be permanent, and it is expected that the artwork will have a lifespan of at least 25 years.
Eligibility: Experienced artist. Current CV with evidence of up to 3 examples (maximum) of public artworks that have been undertaken in the last 5 years relevant to this brief. Link to website(s) profiling artistic practice with previous work relevant to this brief. Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million and Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of £5 million.
What you get: Budget for public art commission: £25,000 including artist’s fee, materials, fabrication, and installation.

FLAMIN Animations: £3K Commission available for Early Career Black Artist Animators in the UK

FLAMIN Animations is a commissioning program for early-career Black-identifying artist animators living in the UK, offering £3,000 to create a new short animation. Part of Film London Artists' Moving Image Network (FLAMIN), the program aims to support artist animators as they take their first steps into a career working with moving images, with development support and funding for a new work. FLAMIN Animations look to commission Black-identifying* practitioners as a considered acknowledgement of the underrepresentation of Black artists within the art, film, and animation industries.
Eligibility: Applicants must be 18-30 years old For Black-identifying* artists (*Artists and Creatives of African or Caribbean Descent, Black African, Caribbean, Afro-Latinx and African-American heritage, including those of mixed-Black heritage who identify as such). Applicants should have a UK address Current students are not eligible. No formal education in animation or art is necessary. FLAMIN is open to artists working in partnerships.
What you get: If selected, you will receive £3,000 to create a new animation as well as development support and advice from the FLAMIN Team. You will also be entitled to a bespoke workshop programme with animation professionals in the art and film industries. Artists will be featured in an ongoing profile and promotion through Film London's newsletter and social media channels as a FLAMIN alum.
